The revision of Law on Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) as proposed by members of six factions in the House of Representatives (DPR) will kill off the anti-graft commission. The existence of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) will be limited to only 12 years, according to a revision draft of the KPK Law that was circulated among journalists. “KPK is established for a period of 12 years since the date this Law is applied,” says article 5 of the draft.
