The Corruption Court panel of judges refused the objection argument (eksepsi) presented by former Minister of Religion, Suryadharma Ali (SDA), and his legal counselors. SDA, the accused in an alleged corruption in hajj funds corruption and misappropriation of the Minister's Operational Fund (DOM), protested the indictment filed by prosecutors. However, the judges concluded that the indictment had complied with regulations and is legitimate.

The rows of article used to charge non-active Deputy Commissioner of KPK Bambang Wijdojanto just got thicker. Bareskrim Investigators added Article 266 of the Criminal Code (KUHP) to the case file for Bambang that was submitted yesterday to the Attorney General Office.
