Minister of Health in 2004-2009, Siti Fadilah Supari, admitted to have signed papers about direct appointment procedures in procurement of medical tools to treat the avian flu in 2006. Despite stamping her approval, Siti denied accusation that the company which executed the project was appointed by her order.
