With the approval of seven out of ten fractions, DPR's Plenary Session passed legislation on procedures for development program proposal in their constituency. Public now awaits the official position of the government. The government can dismiss DPR's demands by refusing to accommodate these program proposals within the Draft of State Budget 2016.

The consistency of President Joko Widodo to keep refusing the revision of Law No. 30 of 2002 about KPK is greatly awaited, considering DPR's Plenary Session on Tuesday (23/6) had decided to incorporate revision KPK Law in the National Legislation Program (Prolegnas) Priority for 2015. The procedure used by DPR to enter the revision into Prolegnas Priority did not adhere to the rules in effect, where it should be accompanied with an academic paper and a draft bill.

Johan Budi Sapto Pribowo is determined to enter candidacy for selection of KPK commissioner chapter IV. At the moment, Johan is serving as Acting Commissioner (Plt) in KPK. Johan asserted that the reason he join the candidacy is because he feels that the excellence of KPK is beginning to fade away.

Judicial Review of Article 32 paragraph (1) c and paragraph 2 of Law No. 30/2002 on KPK that was filed by the non-active KPK Deputy Chief Bambang Widjojanto resumed at the Constitutional Court with the agenda to hear expert testimonies proposed by the applicant. The hearing was bombarded by questions from judges. According to Bambang, the article does not contain detailed categories of offenses which form the basis for dismissal of KPK leaders when they are named as suspect by other law enforcement agencies.

Public Works (PU) Agencies, Bina Marga and Cipta Karya, in Musi Banyuasin (Muba) Regency allegedly took part in bribery conducted by DPPKAD Chief Syamsudin Fei Head and Head of Muba Planning Agency (Bappeda) Fasyar for two members of local councilmen (DPRD), Bambang Karyanto and Adam Munandar, in relation to Muba budget amendment plans for 2015. The assumption is heightened since the two Public Works agencies were also searched by KPK.
